2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, booking an appointment, or receiving any treatment at Elham Aesthetic Art, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms

Elham Aesthetic Art offers non-surgical aesthetic treatments. All treatments are performed by trained professionals. Results may vary from person to person. Nothing on our website constitutes a guarantee of specific results.

3.1 Consultations

A consultation may be required before certain treatments to assess your suitability. We reserve the right to decline treatment if we determine it is not appropriate or safe for a client.

3.2 Medical Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information prior to any treatment. Withholding relevant medical information may result in adverse outcomes for which Elham Aesthetic Art cannot be held responsible.

3.3 Contraindications

4. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

4.1 Booking

Appointments can be booked online through our website or by contacting us directly by phone or WhatsApp.

4.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4.3 No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show) may be charged a no-show fee and/or forfeit their deposit.

4.4 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. The full treatment price still applies.

5. Payments & Pricing

5.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking will apply to your appointment.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of booking or in-clinic.

5.3 Deposits

A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposit details will be communicated during the booking process.

5.4 Promotions

Promotions (such as the 10% new client discount) are subject to their own specific terms and may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

5.5 Refunds

Payments for completed treatments are generally non-refundable. If you experience dissatisfaction or a concern with your treatment, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to address your concern.
